Telerik UI for .NET MAUI Project Templates

This NuGet package provides .NET project templates that scaffold a new application pre-configured with Telerik UI for .NET MAUI, so you can start using the component suite immediately.

Templates

The package includes the following project templates.

Install

Execute the dotnet new install command:

dotnet new install Telerik.Maui.Templates

Use with the .NET CLI

To see all available templates, execute the dotnet new list command with the --author option:

dotnet new list --author="Progress"

For help on a specific template, execute the dotnet new command with the --help option, for example:

dotnet new telerik-maui --help

To create a new app, open a terminal in the desired parent folder and execute the dotnet new command with the short name of the template and the app name, for example:

dotnet new telerik-maui -o MyNewAppName

Template Options

The templates provide parameters to configure the generated project, for example:

Run dotnet new <short-name> --help to see the full, up-to-date list of options for a specific template.

Update

Execute the dotnet new update command:

dotnet new update Telerik.Maui.Templates

Uninstall

To remove the currently installed package, execute the dotnet new uninstall command:

dotnet new uninstall Telerik.Maui.Templates

License
