Installation

.NET CLI

dotnet add package Syncfusion.Maui.Charts

Package Manager Console

Install-Package Syncfusion.Maui.Charts

Getting started

1. Register the Syncfusion core handler

In MauiProgram.cs, call ConfigureSyncfusionCore():

using Syncfusion.Maui.Core.Hosting;

public static class MauiProgram
{
    public static MauiApp CreateMauiApp()
    {
        var builder = MauiApp.CreateBuilder();
        builder
            .UseMauiApp<App>()
            .ConfigureSyncfusionCore();

        return builder.Build();
    }
}

2. Create a model and a ViewModel

using System.Collections.ObjectModel;

public class HierarchyData
{
    public string Name { get; set; }
    public double Value { get; set; }
    public ObservableCollection<HierarchyData> Children { get; set; }
}

public class SunburstViewModel
{
    public ObservableCollection<HierarchyData> HierarchyCollection { get; set; }

    public SunburstViewModel()
    {
        HierarchyCollection = new ObservableCollection<HierarchyData>
        {
            new HierarchyData
            {
                Name = "United States",
                Value = 100,
                Children = new ObservableCollection<HierarchyData>
                {
                    new HierarchyData { Name = "California", Value = 60 },
                    new HierarchyData { Name = "New York", Value = 40 }
                }
            }
        };
    }
}

3. Add SfSunburstChart to your page

<ContentPage xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/dotnet/2021/maui"
             xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2009/xaml"
             xmlns:syncfusion="clr-namespace:Syncfusion.Maui.Charts;assembly=Syncfusion.Maui.Charts"
             xmlns:local="clr-namespace:YourAppNamespace"
             x:Class="YourAppNamespace.MainPage">

    <ContentPage.BindingContext>
        <local:SunburstViewModel />
    </ContentPage.BindingContext>

    <syncfusion:SfSunburstChart ItemsSource="{Binding HierarchyCollection}"
                                ValueMemberPath="Value"
                                LabelMemberPath="Name">
    </syncfusion:SfSunburstChart>

</ContentPage>

Run the app to see your sunburst chart in action. For more features and detailed examples, see the SunburstChart documentation.
