Installation
.NET CLI
dotnet add package Syncfusion.Maui.Barcode
Package Manager Console
Install-Package Syncfusion.Maui.Barcode
Getting started
1. Register the Syncfusion core handler
In MauiProgram.cs, call ConfigureSyncfusionCore():
using Syncfusion.Maui.Core.Hosting;
public static class MauiProgram
{
public static MauiApp CreateMauiApp()
{
var builder = MauiApp.CreateBuilder();
builder
.UseMauiApp<App>()
.ConfigureSyncfusionCore();
return builder.Build();
}
}
2. Create a model and a ViewModel
using System.Collections.ObjectModel;
public class BarcodeData
{
public string Value { get; set; }
public string Symbology { get; set; }
}
public class BarcodeViewModel
{
public string BarcodeValue { get; set; }
public ObservableCollection<string> AvailableSymbologies { get; set; }
public BarcodeViewModel()
{
BarcodeValue = "123456789";
AvailableSymbologies = new ObservableCollection<string>
{
"Code128", "QRCode", "DataMatrix", "Code39"
};
}
}
3. Add SfBarcodeGenerator to your page
<ContentPage xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/dotnet/2021/maui"
xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2009/xaml"
xmlns:syncfusion="clr-namespace:Syncfusion.Maui.Barcode;assembly=Syncfusion.Maui.Barcode"
xmlns:local="clr-namespace:YourAppNamespace"
x:Class="YourAppNamespace.MainPage">
<ContentPage.BindingContext>
<local:BarcodeViewModel />
</ContentPage.BindingContext>
<VerticalStackLayout Padding="20" Spacing="10">
<syncfusion:SfBarcodeGenerator Value="{Binding BarcodeValue}"
Symbology="Code128"
HeightRequest="150" />
</VerticalStackLayout>
</ContentPage>
Run the app to see your barcode in action. For more features and detailed examples, see the Barcode documentation.
