Contracts for Koan DevHost orchestration (see docs/engineering/orchestration-spi.md):
- IDevServiceDescriptor: declares intended services.
- IHostingProvider: runs/inspects stacks.
- IArtifactExporter: generates artifacts like docker-compose.
