Host-neutral engine behind the Shiny date range, time range and date/time range pickers — DateRange/TimeRange/DateTimeRange value types, range selection with min/max dates, min/max spans and blocked dates, month grids, presets (Last 7 days, This month…), time slots with duration rules and overnight ranges, and compact culture-aware range formatting. Used by the .NET MAUI and Blazor controls.
