Shiny.Controls.Keyboard.Shared
Host-neutral keyboard shortcut engine — gesture parsing and platform display (Ctrl+Shift+A / ⌃⇧A), a Primary modifier that is Cmd on Apple and Ctrl elsewhere, layout-aware matching, chords, scopes with modal precedence, repeat and release tracking, and native key-code tables for Windows, macOS, X11/evdev, USB HID and Android. Used by the .NET MAUI and Blazor keyboard shortcut controls.
