ScissorHands.Web
Generate static sites from Markdown with Razor themes and optional plugins. Includes a default theme and preview server. Requires .NET 10.
Quickstart
Create an empty ASP.NET Core application:
dotnet new web -n MyScissorHandsApp
cd MyScissorHandsApp
dotnet add package ScissorHands.Web --prerelease
Replace Program.cs with:
using ScissorHands.Web;
var app = new ScissorHandsApplicationBuilder(args).Build();
await app.RunAsync();
Add Markdown under contents/posts/ or contents/pages/, then run from the application directory:
dotnet run -- --preview
Stop preview with Ctrl+C, then run dotnet run -- --build to generate dist/. Preview includes unpublished content; deploy only build output.
