Specification-pattern integration for Paramore.Brighter. Validates request inputs in the Brighter request pipeline before the business handler runs, via the [ValidateRequest] attribute and a ValidateRequestHandler that resolves an ISpecification<TRequest> from the container and evaluates it against the request.
