ObservableCollectionEx
ObservableCollection works in most cases but sometimes it would be beneficial to postpone notifications until later time or temporarily disable them all together. ObservableCollectionEx is designed to provide this missing functionality. The ObservanleCollectionEx is a direct replacement for ObservableCollection and could be used without any code modifications.
