Microsoft.GitHubCopilot.Upgrade.DotNet.Mcp
The .NET extension MCP for the GitHub Copilot Upgrade Agent — adds .NET-specific tools and scenarios for modernizing and upgrading .NET applications.
This package is not intended to be installed standalone. It is discovered by the upgrade orchestrator at startup via upgrade-extension.json at this plugin's root, and its tool surface is gated by the orchestrator's scenario lifecycle.
