Turnkey CritterWatch monitoring console on SQLite (Fisher). Option B: shares CritterWatch.Services source, swaps the store binding to Fisher. Ships AddCritterWatch(WebApplicationBuilder)/UseCritterWatch(WebApplication) host bootstrap and the embedded Vue SPA (pack with -p:EmbedFrontend=true), at parity with the Marten CritterWatch and Polecat CritterWatch.SqlServer packages. Needs no database service — it writes a SQLite file.
