Apache.Calcite.Extensions
What .NET adds on top of Apache Calcite. A calling convention that runs a query plan as a compiled System.Linq.Expressions tree rather than as generated Java source, the prepare pipeline that takes a statement from SQL text to that plan, and the interop helpers both need. No Java compiler runs when a statement is prepared, and a .NET user-defined function can be called from SQL.
