Live Activities for .NET - iOS/iPadOS Live Activities (ActivityKit, 16.2+) and Android 16 Live Updates behind one API, with push token plumbing for server-driven updates. Mobile only: every other platform (macOS, Mac Catalyst, tvOS, Windows, Linux, Blazor) gets a safe no-op implementation, so shared code needs no platform checks.
