OpenTelemetry SDK wiring for Rag.NET: AddRagNetInstrumentation() registers the shared "Rag.NET" ActivitySource, both ragnet meters — including "Rag.NET.Evaluation", the one a hand-wired AddMeter("Rag.NET") silently misses — and the distro resource attributes, so core and its satellites stay free of the OpenTelemetry SDK dependency themselves
