Mcp.I18nCheck
Bilingual-docs CI gate for MCP repos: every English doc must have its Russian counterpart (docs/<path>.md ↔ docs/ru/<path>.md mirror; X.md ↔ X.ru.md suffix elsewhere), and Russian files must be non-stub. Exemptions via .i18nignore; extra pairs via .i18npairs.
