Aspose.Slides.FOSS
An MIT-licensed library for creating, reading and editing PowerPoint .pptx presentations. It builds the Office Open XML package itself, so it has no package dependencies and needs neither PowerPoint nor COM interop, and it targets .NET 8 and .NET 10. Covers slides, layouts and masters, shapes, text and text formatting, tables, connectors, pictures, fills, lines, effects, 3D formatting, notes slides, comments and document properties. Saves .pptx, .ppsx and .potx; XML parts it does not model are preserved verbatim through a load and save. Charts, SmartArt, animations, macros and export to formats other than PPTX are not implemented.
